We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The staff, who spoke excellent English, were professional, kind, and went out of their way to assist us in every possible way. 

It is a quite new hotel and breadfast is good (many kind of cakes). lots of parking place

The room was small but for one night not bad, small tv, the door of the bathroom hits the bidet if you try to open it all the way. Overall if you are looking for a place just to crash then its fine.

The hotel was conveniently located just off the freeway and close to the motorway exit. The staff was professional, kind, and spoke good English. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the 

The cleaness of the room and the reasonable price. The staff was also friendly and willing to help. However, there was only one attendent at the afternoon and evening hours.

The location is poor. far from Florence with poor public transportation and long driving. Not even one restaurant in the neighborhood.

Kitchen and dining staff were excellent and friendly. Location was close enough to primary plazas and dining areas.

Paid for a triple room which amounted to a single room with three single beds/cots squeezed into the room. One of the three rooms we rented was infested with mosquitos. When we asked to get another room, we were told there was nothing else available, and that was the end of the conversation. The bathroom facilities in all of the rooms were in a state of disrepair and were difficult to work with.

Great Value and Comfortable Stay! This hotel was a perfect choice for our city trip to Florence. Located near major highways, it was very easy to reach and the free parking was a bonus. The staff was incredibly friendly 

Large mrdern room and good breakfast

Night shift women on duty is useless and lazy! The room smells like toilet, air conditioning not enought to cool it without opening the window at night. Location is far away from city, nothing eally around the place. If you drive you would be better off staying somewhere else

The hotel's breakfast had a good selection of hot food and pastries, and was served early. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and public transportation

The entrance is hard to find. The address should clarify were the entrance is for people who arrive for the first time.

The room and bathroom are clean and modern, and the staff is helpful. The breakfast is generous, with lots of pastry choices.

The hotel is far from the city center and the public transportation is not reliable.
